The Nevada Gay Rodeo Association is pleased to announce the not-for-profit beneficiary of the proceeds of the 13th BigHorn Rodeo 2009, which will be held at Horseman’s Park near Flamingo and Boulder Highway September 18-20, 2009.
The membership of the Nevada Gay Rodeo Association voted to approve the rodeo planning committee’s recommendation of the following charity as beneficiary:
FOCUS Hot Meals Program
Finding our Clients Useful Solutions (FOCUS) ultimately plans to serve hot lunches five days a week and eventually expand to providing compassionate HIV/AIDS services, gym memberships, food supplements, home delivery, weekly bags of personal hygiene products, paper goods, bulk food items, and cleaning supplies on a rotating basis.
