The Holy Order - Sin Sity Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence is the local chapter of 21st century drag nuns who do community out reach and volunteering for HIV/AIDS awareness and teach without preach safer sex education. The Sisters most important passion at this time is the Sisters AIDS Drug Assistance Program (SADAP). This program is proving to be very much in need and is helping in many circumstances to provide the emergency bridge for clients transitioning between service providers.
The Sister mission is to expiate stigmatic guilt and the promulgate omniversal joy, in the hearts and minds of humankind so that they can embrace whom ever and whatever they may or choose to be.

Finding our Clients Useful Solutions (FOCUS) ultimately plans to serve hot lunches five days a week and eventually expand to providing compassionate HIV/AIDS services, gym memberships, food supplements, home delivery, weekly bags of personal hygiene products, paper goods, bulk food items, and cleaning supplies on a rotating basis.

Thanks to the Las Vegas community, the 2007 BigHorn Rodeo was a huge success, allowing the Nevada Gay Rodeo Association to donate $15,000 to the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada.
